CANCELLATION TIMELINE : You can cancel your order within 24 to 48 hours after the order has been placed

Standard Shipping:
All standard orders are dispatched from our office in Jodhpur, India. Our standard shipping is typically handled by DHL , Ups and for UK and some European countries, we use FedEx. The current delivery time for standard shipping is between 15-25 days. If you need your garment for an upcoming event and this timeframe doesn't suit your needs, please contact us. We can arrange express shipping from our Jodhpur office to ensure timely delivery.

Please Note for all Non Indian Customers:
Orders shipped from outside of India (like our Jodhpur office) may incur customs fees upon delivery.

Express Shipping Options:

Priority Express Shipping (Available Worldwide):
Delivery within 4-7 business days. Available for all countries. Non- Indian customers might face duty and customs charges upon receipt.
Standard Express Shipping:
Delivery within 8-12 business days. A faster alternative to our standard shipping, balancing speed and cost.
Express Shipping Provider:
All express shipments are handled by DHL Express, ensuring reliable and swift delivery of your orders.

Customer Responsibility:
Please track your order once it has been shipped, as it is your responsibility to ensure its receipt. Unclaimed or undelivered orders returned to us will incur a fee of $40. This fee covers the costs of new shipping and potential duty charges, especially for shipments across borders.
