Returns & Refunds

Free Returns in India & Damaged Orders
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as per your order, we offer free returns within 30 days (India only). Please check your order within 48 hours of delivery and email us at order@jodhpurani.com with photos. We’ll send you a return label.

Customized Items
Custom-size or custom-length orders are made just for you and are not eligible for return or refund. Please double-check your measurements before ordering.

Other Returns

Customers outside India: Return shipping costs + duties/customs apply. A 10% fee will be deducted from your refund.
Customers within India: No duty charges apply.
Always mark your package as “RETURN” with a declared value under $50 to avoid extra charges.

Refund Timeline

5–10 days: Return reaches India
3–5 days: Processing
5–10 days: Bank refund

We’re working on setting up local warehouses to make returns faster and easier in the future.

Exchanges

We don’t modify shipped orders. Instead:

Return your original order.
Place a new order for the item you’d like.

Customization

We offer a wide range of sizes and lengths, plus a custom option to bring your vision to life. Dresses and skirts can be tailored based on your exact measurements.

Please note: Custom items are non-refundable. However, if there’s a measurement error of more than 2.5 cm / 1 inch, we’ll happily arrange a refund or exchange.
