Returns & Refund Policy

At Cashmere U, your satisfaction is our priority. Each piece is handcrafted with care, but we understand that sometimes things may not turn out as expected. Our policy ensures that your experience remains smooth and worry-free.

Free Returns in India and Special Cases

For customers within India, and in cases where you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or does not match the measurements stated in your order, we offer free returns within 30 days.
Please inspect your pieces within 48 hours of delivery and notify us immediately if you notice any issues. Simply email us at order@cashmereu.com with pictures of the damaged piece or incorrect measurements, and we will provide you with a return label.

Customized Items

Any item customized in size, length, or design is made especially for you and is therefore not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. We recommend double-checking your measurements before placing custom orders to ensure the perfect fit.

All Other Returns

For returns not related to damage, defects, or incorrect measurements:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Any applicable duty and customs fees will also be deducted from the refund.

Customers within India will not incur duty charges. However, for customers outside India, please note that duty charges upon the return’s arrival will apply, and a 10% fee will be deducted from your refund.

Return Process

To ensure your return is processed smoothly, please follow these steps:

  1. Clearly mark the package with the word RETURN in capital letters.

  2. Include the original packaging slip with your order.

  3. Write your order number clearly on the package.

  4. Ensure your name is visible both inside and outside the package.

  5. If returning from outside India, declare the parcel as a return and mark the value as less than $50 to minimize duty charges.

Send your return to the address provided in your email confirmation and share the tracking number with us at order@cashmereu.com (required only for international returns).

Timeline for Returns and Refunds

  • Returns may take 5–10 days to reach us, depending on your location.

  • Once received, please allow 3–5 days for processing.

  • Refunds can take an additional 5–10 days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
